Dubai is a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene. Burj Khalifa, an 830m-tall tower, dominates the skyscraper-filled skyline. At its foot lies Dubai Fountain, with jets and lights choreographed to music. On artificial islands just offshore is Atlantis, The Palm, a resort with water and marine-animal parks.

On arrival, please clear customs and immigration and claim your baggage. Please proceed to the arrivals hall and look for our local representative who will be waiting for you with a sign.  Once everyone in your group is accounted for, you will be escorted to your vehicle and transferred to the hotel for check-in.

Check-in time is at 3 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

Day 3 Dubai | Sunday, March 3

Traditional Dubai City Tour with SMCCU local lunch & Dubai Frame visit

Breakfast at the hotel and at 08:30am pick up transfer with your English speaking guide to Experience the old town Dubai and city of gold.

We drive first to Zabeel Palace for photo stop. Then drive to Zabeel Park for Dubai Frame visit, The UAE’s latest cultural landmark, Dubai Frame is an iconic structure that ‘frames’ impressive views of Old and New Dubai, while serving as a metaphorical bridge connecting the emirate’s rich past with its magnificent present. Offering spectacular panoramic views across the city, Dubai Frame celebrates the story of Dubai from its early establishment to its ambitious plans for future development. 1Hr Free time inside.

Next stop is in the entrance of Shindagah Museum, the iconic Dubai Creek area is the home to our museum, where visitors can experience the vibrant history of Dubai. After the museum, group will transfer to the Abra station (water taxi) to transfer to the Spice souk. Walking further the group will discover a great selection of authentic spices, incense and traditional perfumes. The big entrance of the Gold souk welcomes you to see for yourself why Dubai is called the City of Gold. Free time to shop on own.

At 1:00pm, visit SMCCU w/ local lunch. Enjoy traditional Lunch Emirati cuisine and conversation in our interactive cultural experiences hosted by our Emirati presenters inside the traditional houses of Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, located in one of Dubai’s oldest communities, Al Fahidi. Historical Neighbourhood. Guests can expect to taste new food, learn about the Emirati culture and traditions through the shared experience. All guests need to pack is curiosity, a camera and lots of questions! (90Minutes duration)

After lunch drop back to hotel and rest of the day at own leisure.

Day 4 Dubai | Tuesday, March 5

Abu Dhabi City Tour

Breakfast in the hotel. 08:00 am, pick up the transfer by coaster with your English-speaking guide and drive for approximately 2hrs to visit the capital city of UAE – Abu Dhabi also known as the Arabian Jewel.

Starting from Dubai, you will travel past the world's largest man-made port at Jebel Ali and onward for a two-hour drive along a coastal desert road lined with acacia trees, to Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE.

Here, you can enjoy modern interpretations of traditional Arabian architecture in the many skyscrapers, villas, and palaces that line the Riviera-style Corniche. We first stop for a guided tour to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is considered the most architectural treasure of contemporary UAE society - and one of the largest in the world. Then drive through the Corniche road with a photo stop at the breakwater and the iconic hotel of Abu Dhabi Emirates Palace and we visit the Heritage Village a reconstructed traditional "oasis". Here, journey to the past and experience life in Abu Dhabi before oil revenues altered the landscape. We’ll experience different aspects of desert life attractively displayed in the open-air museum, along with workshops, where craftsmen demonstrate traditional skills and women sit weaving and spinning.

At 1:30 pm, Lunch in Vendome Restaurant including water and a glass of soft drinks. After lunch then we visit Qasr Al Hosn, Qasr Al Hosn is the oldest and most significant building in Abu Dhabi, holding the city’s first permanent structure; the watchtower. Built around the 1790s, the commanding structure overlooked the coastal trade routes and protected the growing settlement established on the island.

Before returning to Dubai, we pass by Yas Island for a photo stop from outside in F1 and Ferrari World Theme Park and we drive back to Dubai for approximately 2hrs. The tour ends at the hotel.

    Dress Code-Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque visit:

    -There is a Mandatory Dress code to be followed for entry to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi. Long trousers or long skirts & long sleeves to ankle/wrist. No shorts for men, no tight & transparent clothing. Women must cover their head with a scarf hence we suggest bringing it along. No visible tattoos.


Day 5 Dubai | Wednesday, March 6

Private Yacht Cruise with private return transfer

At 5:45pm, pick up transfer and drop to Dubai Marina for 3Hr private Yacht Cruise. Cruise along the spectacular Dubai coastline and out into the Arabian Gulf. As you reach the outer crescent of the Palm Jumeirah Island, the 8th Wonder of the World, you see the spectacular view of 'The Atlantis'. On the other side of the Palm Jumeirah you get to see the beautiful view of the world famous and iconic ‘Burj Al Arab’ hotel. Carry on cruising along the coastline and you come across the amazing offshore World Islands, which have been created in the image of the world.

Includes: 3Hr Private Yacht Cruising, and unlimited soft beverage – Can bring limited alcohol.

Day 6 Dubai | Thursday, March 7

Afternoon Desert Safari

Breakfast at the hotel and morning free at own leisure. At 3:00 pm, Board your 4x4 land cruiser (6 pax per jeep on sharing basis) and head out towards the desert.

At the entrance of the desert, your driver deflates the wheels of the 4X4 and then the fun starts. Dune bashing has become known as a fun experience – you will feel the thrill of desert driving as your professional driver takes you up and down on golden dunes. A beautiful desert photo stop is also included and then drive to the Bedouin Camp and you are greeted with a traditional cup of Arabic coffee and have the opportunity to try riding a camel before it is time to settle down for your barbeque dinner prepared. Later on in the evening enjoy the Tanura dance and a belly dancer that will enchant you with her dances, a truly magical night! At 8:30 pm, we drive back to the hotel and overnight

 

Day 7 Dubai | Friday, March 8

Day of Leisure /Return to NY

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport to join your homebound flight (flight not included).

Note: Hotel check out time @ 12:00noon

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION*:

Please ensure clients have arranged all documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of their departure from the US and that passports are also valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being travelled to. The information following only applies to the itinerary booked with Goway Travel and does not cover any independently arranged destinations.

I. PASSPORTS
Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your date of entry. Emirati authorities will deny you entry if your passport shows an X in the “sex” field or includes an observation to that effect.

II. VISAS

DUBAI
Entry requirements for Americans United States citizens do not require a visa for stays under 30 days. *applies to US passport holders only. Please make sure that all destinations to be visited or transited verified with the applicable consulate(s) for entry requirements prior to departure, together with requirements for anyone travelling on non US passports.

For any tourism visa applicant less than 18 years old and traveling either with relatives or with 1 or both parents, it is mandatory to send the below documentations:
• Consanguinity proof (birth certificate when traveling with parents as their names will be mentioned there or other proof to be provided when traveling with second or third degree relatives like aunts, uncles, grandparents).
• Copy of valid passport of the parent/s or accompanying relative.
• Copy of valid visa, either visit or residence or application copy of the parent/s or accompanying relative.
• Birth certificate of the underage applicant. 10

HEALTH INFORMATION:

I. COVID: Your travel arrangements could still be impacted by COVID. It is your responsibility to keep yourself and members of your traveling party (travel companions) informed of, and meet, all requirements in relation to your trip and any COVID based restrictions. We suggest these are constantly monitored prior to, and until your trip is complete, as they can change at any time, even while travelling overseas. The purchase of travel insurance with Covid coverage is highly recommended.

II. Travelling with medicines: Some countries have restrictions on travelling with medicines (prescriptions and/or nonprescription). It is the travelers responsibility to check these requirements.

I. CURRENCY AND PRICING FLUCTUATIONS

This proposal is based on the current exchange rate(s). Should there be considerable currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to apply any necessary surcharges. In the event of any additional fuel surcharges by the Land Suppliers and/or airlines we reserve the right to add these to the costs of the land package and/or airfare. Any applicable increases will be advised in writing prior to final payment. Prices are guaranteed once final payment has been made.

V. FORCE MAJEURE:

We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities

VI. RESPONSIBILITIES

Goway Travel Ltd. and/or its agents act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved tomwithdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as Members of the tours.
