Suggested payment schedule:
* Second payment - 20% of remaining balance by July 15, 2023
* Third payment - 20% of remaining balance by August 15, 2023
* Fourth payment - 20% of remaining balance by September 15, 2023
* Fifth payment - 20% of remaining balance by October 15, 2023
* Final Payment by November 15, 2023

Prices are subject to change before deposit. Based on double occupancy. Travel Protection is strongly advised. 

For two guests sharing a room please note that in the event that one guest decides not to attend but the other guest still wants to go. The traveling guest may be subject to repricing and a single supplement when available.

Payment Plan Terms

Land airport transfers are based on guests who arrive and leave at the same time as the group.

    *** After all deposits after June 21, 2023, require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit in addition to payments due based on the payment schedule.  Additional payments may be made at any time prior to the final payment as long as scheduled payments are made on time.

    ·       Accommodation for 6 nights as specified in sharing a Double/Twin room with breakfast at the chosen hotel.

    ·       Group will be met by a representative at the greeter’s area outside the Terminal

    ·       Sightseeing and admissions as per the itinerary

    ·       All taxes, Tourism Dirham Fee, 5% VAT

    ·       Meals as indicated on itinerary (B-full breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner)

    ·       Half day Traditional Dubai City Tour w/ private English-speaking guide including visit SMCCU w/ local lunch and Dubai Frame

    ·       3hr private yacht cruise with private return transfer – no meal included

    · Full-day Abu Dhabi City Tour w/ private English-speaking guide and lunch

    ·       Afternoon Desert Safari w/ BBQ Dinner on sharing (6pax per jeep)

    ·       Bottled mineral water on the bus during the city tour only.

    ·       Include staff assistance (English speaking) on the transfers/dinner/excursions, where the guides were not included

    ·       Government/local taxes at existing rates

    ·       Any item of personal nature such as tips to porters/bell boys /waiters/drivers/guides / Escort, table drinks, telephone calls, laundry bills, still / video camera fees / mini bar

    ·       Private guide is not included during arrival, departure, and desert safari

INSURANCE:
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Based on Goway Travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.

Zenbiz Travel, LLC is not liable for any loss due to failure to read and understand this information, as the considerations included in this document may be critical to your upcoming trip.

    PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION*:

    Please ensure clients have arranged all documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of their departure from the US and that passports are also valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being traveled to. The information following only applies to the itinerary booked with Goway Travel and does not cover any independently arranged destinations.

    1. PASSPORTS

    Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your date of entry.

    Emirati authorities will deny you entry if your passport shows an X in the “sex” field or includes an observation to that effect.

    1. VISAS

    Entry requirements for Americans

    United States citizens do not require a visa for stays under 30 days.

    *applies to US passport holders only. Please make sure that all destinations to be visited or transited are verified with the applicable consulate(s) for entry requirements prior to departure, together with requirements for anyone traveling on non-US passports.

    For any tourism visa applicant less than 18 years old and traveling either with relatives or with 1 or both parents, it is mandatory to send the below documentation:

    •          Consanguinity proof (birth certificate when traveling with parents as their names will be mentioned there or other proof to be provided when traveling with second or third-degree relatives like aunts, uncles, grandparents).

    •          Copy of valid passport of the parent/s or accompanying relative.

    •          Copy of valid visa, either visit or residence or application copy of the parent/s or accompanying relative.

    •          Birth certificate of the underage applicant.

    Please note Goway Travel has a PDF of what you can bring into the country with regard to medicines and prescription drugs.  This will be sent out with your final documents, if needed before then, please contact us.   

    HEALTH INFORMATION:

          I.         COVID: Your travel arrangements could still be impacted by COVID. It is your responsibility to keep yourself and members of your traveling party (travel companions) informed of, and meet, all requirements in relation to your trip and any COVID-based restrictions. We suggest these are constantly monitored prior to, and until your trip is complete, as they can change at any time, even while traveling overseas. The purchase of travel insurance with Covid coverage is highly recommended.

        II.         Traveling with medicines: Some countries have restrictions on traveling with medicines (prescriptions and/or nonprescription). It is the traveler’s responsibility to check these requirements.

    GENERAL:

        I.         CURRENCY AND PRICING FLUCTUATIONS

                This proposal is based on the current exchange rate(s). Should there be considerable currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to apply any necessary surcharges. In the event of any additional fuel surcharges by the Land Suppliers and/or airlines, we reserve the right to add these to the costs of the land package and/or airfare. Any applicable increases will be advised in writing prior to final payment. Prices are guaranteed once the final payment has been made.

      II.         GROUP DEFINITION

    a)     Land: A minimum of 10 paying adult passengers traveling on the same itinerary/ arrangements.

    b)     Should the number of passengers falls below the required minimum (10), the booking will be deemed as F.I.T. Travel. Our F.I.T. department will provide a revised quotation based on actual number of passengers traveling on the given program. The group quote and rates will no longer apply.

      III.         FORCE MAJEURE:

    We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities

     IV.         RESPONSIBILITIES

                Goway Travel Ltd. and/or its agents act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely, refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, and also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as Members of the tours. Goway Travel Ltd or its agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.

FINAL PAYMENT AND DOCUMENT ISSUANCE:
* Final Payment & valid passport copies due by November 15, 2023. Travel documents are sent out 30 days prior to departure.  The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.   Important: * These are required as per TSA requirements.

CANCELLATION:

Important Note: Cancellation penalties for some travel arrangements may differ from our general conditions. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions.
