Terms & Conditions

Land Only (Double Occupancy) $3,325 per person
Land Only (Single Occupancy) $4,713 per person

This is a small group tour with a maximum of 30 guests. Prices subject to change before deposit. Travel Protection (Cancel for Any Reason) is strongly advised. 

AIRLINE:
The international air & regional air will be released December 2021 for purchase.

Payment Plan Terms

  • Prices are based on land only. Flights not yet available. When available, coach seats international flights from JFK to Johannesburg and the regional flights from Johannesburg to Kruger to Cape Town and Cape Town to JFK will be offered. Land airport transfers are based on guests who arrive and leave the same time as the group. Expected air quote & reservations will be out date December 2021.
    * $250.00 per person non-refundable deposit upon booking
    * Second payment - $325.00 payment by August 1, 2021
    * Third payment - $325.00 payment by Oct 1, 2021
    * Fourth payment -$325.00 payment by December 1, 2021
    * Fifth payment - $425.00 payment by February 1, 2022
    * Sixth payment - $425.00 payment by April 1, 2022
    * Seventh payment - $425.00 payment by July 1, 2022
    * FINAL PAYMENT is Sept 1, 2022
    All prices subject to change before deposit.
    *** After all deposits after June 1, 2021 require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit in addition to payments due based on the payment schedule. Additional payments may be made at anytime prior to final payment. PURCHASING OF CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL PROTECTION STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AT TIME OF DEPOSIT.

  • 4 Inclusions in above prices:
    · 4* and 5* hotel/lodge accommodation as per itinerary based on twin share
    · All transfers and transportation is by private, air-conditioned coach with driver (Any individuals travelling outside the group arrangement must organize own transportation)
    · Services of a qualified English speaking guides on transfers and day tours
    · Entrance fees and game activities as per the itinerary
    · Meals as indicated on itinerary (B-full breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner)
    · Hotel and airport porterage
    · Current local and Government taxes

    · All airfares including the internal flights from JNB-HDS-CPT, departure taxes, fuel surcharges, Seat Selection
    · Personal items
    · Tips & Gratuities
    · Travel Insurance
    · Visa/passport handling fees
    · Meals unless listed in itinerary and all drinks
    · Early check-in & late check out of rooms (standard check-in time is 2pm and check out 10am)
    · A guide to stay with the group at Kapama River Lodge
    · Any increase in Government or local taxes

    · Please Note: Additional Bio-Security requirements may be implemented by your destination (s) after the group has booked. Should we learn of any such requirements between now and the group’s departure we will inform you. Any extra costs associated will be passed on to the group and included in the final invoice.
    Other terms

  • I have completed the registration form with accurate information including but not limited to my legal name exactly as listed on my current passport. I have checked my expiration date and it will be active during the duration of the trip and will not expire within 6 months of our return to the USA.

  • Payment Terms and Cancellation policy –

    • Payments are non-refundable for Out2Afrika 3 tour.

    • In addition, I agree to the payment schedule and cancellation penalty.

    • I have been advised to purchase travel protection to protect the investment in my trip. I understand that I have the choice to waive travel protection and I will be responsible for any cancellation fees, medical expenses and will hold harmless travel agency, supplier, a trip organizer for any damages with regard to this trip.

    • In the event that my roommate cancels that is it my sole responsibility to get another roommate, change accommodations to a single and pay the single rate or cancel with penalties if applicable.

    • If I purchased a land & air package I understand that seat selection is up to the airline. Baggage fees may apply. See baggage rules

    • I understand that bedding type is requested but not guaranteed. All efforts will be made to accommodate requests

    • I have reviewed information on travel alerts on South Africa and acknowledge that I have chosen to take this trip.

    • I have presented my credit card authorization form for the deposit and additional payments. I authorize future payments for this trip with my email or fax acknowledgment with the amount, type of card and last four digits of the credit card on file.

    • SEAT SELECTION IS NOT NECESSARILY OFFERED ON GROUP BOOKINGS IF REQUEST IS POSSIBLE IT WILL BE A BLOCK – PLEASE NOTE SEATS ARE UNDER THE AIRLINES CONTROL.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 AND IMPACT ON TRAVEL

Please be advised the travel Itinerary included on this document is for travel with COVID-19 being a known global risk.

You and/or your travel group should be aware that COVID-19 and the health and security measures around COVID-19 may impact elements of your trip and influence the operation of some travel services. The country you and your group reside in, the country or countries you are travelling to or via, and the airline(s) you are travelling on may all have strict requirements on travel to limit the spread of COVID-19. 

These requirements may include but are not limited to:

  • Wearing of masks at airports, while in flight and when out in public.

  • Active testing for COVID-19 that may include blood testing before permission is granted to board any flight or enter a country.

  • Being able to show proof of health via formalized means (Certificate or similar)

  • Subject to screening on arrival at your destination country or any transit countries.

  • Subject to quarantine periods in any country subject to screening results.

  • Changing restrictions on sightseeing, due to closures or other public health concerns.

  • Subject to limitation/restrictions on travel to the destination by your country of residence/citizenship.

  • Possible compulsory quarantine on return to your country of residence/citizenship.

COVID-19 is causing constant and ongoing changes in the application of the above types of measures and the way an airline, airport or country chooses to deal with the threat of COVID is constantly changing.

It is the individuals responsibility to keep themselves informed of all requirements in relation to their 

trip and any COVID-19 based restrictions, and we suggest these are constantly monitored right up until departure, as they can change at any time. The same applies to any travel companions and all members of a group who may be travelling.

South Africa strictly enforces entry and exit requirements and other immigration laws. Failure to observe these requirements may result in the traveler being denied entry, detained, deported, and/or deemed inadmissible to enter South Africa in the future.

Two Consecutive Blank Visa Pages: South Africa requires travelers to have two completely blank visa pages in their passports upon every arrival in South Africa. You will be denied entry and forced to return to your point of origin if you do not have two blank visa pages.

Traveling with minors: There are special requirements for minors traveling through South African ports of entry. Visit the Department of Home Affairs website for the most up-to-date requirements for traveling with minors to or from South Africa.

Immunizations: Travelers entering South Africa from WHO-designated countries with risk of yellow fever virus (YFV) transmission must present their current and valid International Certificate of Vaccination as approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) (“yellow card”). The U.S. Department of State is unaware of any HIV/AIDS entry restrictions for visitors to or foreign residents of South Africa.  However, South Africa has a high HIV/AIDS prevalence.

FINAL PAYMENT AND DOCUMENT ISSUANCE:
FINAL PAYMENT is Sept. 1, 2022 and valid passport copies* are due no later than Sept. 1, 2022 prior to departure. Normally air tickets and travel documents are sent out 30 days prior to departure.  The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.   Important: * These are required as per TSA requirements. Tickets cannot be issued without this information.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Zenbiz Travel, LLC. and/or its agents act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as Members of the tours. Goway Travel Ltd or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.
