ThaiViet 2025 terms & conditions
With the registration to the ThaiViet 2025 trip, you agree to the Zenbiz Travel Terms and Conditions as well as the terms listed below.
Please ensure all documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of their departure from the US and that passports are also valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being traveled to.
Any client wishing to utilize the services of the Company indicates their acceptance of these terms and conditions by proceeding with the booking. Upon doing so, such client is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and also confirms to have the authority to do so on behalf of the person/company in whose name the ultimate reservation or booking is made.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any changes made after a booking that has already been confirmed.
3. THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Company provides clients with the services either itself or by making use of sub-contractors (“service providers”) and these service providers are engaged in or associated with the travel industries, such as airlines, hotels, lodges, car rentals, etc.
Goway Travel. The contract in use by some of the service providers (which is often constituted by the ticket issued by the service provider e.g. airline ticket), which ticket and Terms and Conditions shall constitute the sole contract between the service provider and the client. It is the client’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with such terms and conditions (the service provider’s conditions). Each service provider has their Terms & Conditions and cognisance must be taken of these Terms and Conditions as they do not form part of the Company’s Terms & Conditions as they may differ.
The Company, its officers, directors, servants, or agents will under no circumstances be liable for any claim, loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person whether to their person or property,

Guest acknowledges Zenbiz Travel, LLC of New York City as the official travel agent for this trip. The tour operator is Goway Travel. Zenbiz Travel Terms and Conditions also apply.

Land airport transfers are based on guests who arrive and leave at the same time as the group.

December 15, 2024 - 50% non-refundable
January 12, 2025 - 100% non-refundable
Please Note: Additional Bio-Security requirements may be implemented by your destination (s) after the group has booked. Should we learn of any such requirements between now and the group’s departure we will inform you. Any extra costs associated will be passed on to the group and included in the final invoice.
IMPORTANT:
Due to the record number of travelers to many attractions having restricted access, restrictions of volume of visitors, and the late release of tickets. Please advise your clients that some entrance tickets cannot be guaranteed until the group is finalized and are subject to availability at late release dates. For some visits, an earlier payment to that of our final payment date may be required for tickets. We will try our utmost to secure all tickets for your group, but please note this situation is beyond our control.
Pre-approval for Visa on Arrival: The Government of Vietnam has authorized some businesses and travel agencies to arrange for pre-approval for a “visa on arrival” at the airport. However, some U.S. citizens have reported being charged unexpectedly high fees and additional charges upon landing in Vietnam. The Government of Vietnam and the U.S. Department of State recommend that travelers obtain a visa directly from an embassy or consulate of Vietnam before arrival.
E-visa: U.S. citizens can apply online for a single-entry E-visa on the Vietnam Immigration website. The E-visa is valid for a maximum of 30 days, single entry, and does not allow for renewal or extension from within the country. An E-visa is usually processed within three working days after the Vietnam Immigration Department receives the completed application and E-visa fee. E-visa holders must present the printed E-visa and valid passport at the port of entry. Before making travel arrangements with an E-visa it is advisable to review the List of Ports of Entry that allow for foreigners to enter and exit Vietnam by E-visa. When applying for an E-visa, carefully review and follow the E-visa application steps.

verified with the applicable consulate(s) for entry requirements before departure, together with requirements for anyone traveling on non-US passports.
FINAL PAYMENT AND DOCUMENT ISSUANCE:
The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.
Important: * These are required as per TSA requirements. Tickets cannot be issued without this information.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS:
Goway Travel will accept installment payments in groups. Please note, any refunds of installment payments that have been made over and above the non-refundable deposits will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee per $100 (e.g. a refund of $500 will be charged a $25 fee), a minimum charge of $5 will apply. This processing fee applies if the cancellation is made before the effective date of the penalty period for the group. Please review the terms and conditions for full details of these dates and charges.

- ONLINE UPGRADE OPTIONS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE ON GROUP TICKETS.- ONLINE CHECK-IN MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR GROUP TICKETS.
- Note that name corrections may NOT be permitted once the e-ticket has been issued. Where the name has been misspelled, and an airline allows a name change, a fee will apply. If no name changes are allowed, the reservation must be canceled and a new booking made in the correct name at the same or higher fare for the same dates/itinerary and a new ticket issued.
*** When two guests share a room for a trip, it is important to have an understanding in place regarding cancellations. In the event that one of the sharing guests cancels, it should be understood that the remaining guest will be repriced to occupy the room as a single, based on the current rates.
To avoid any misunderstandings, it is recommended that the two guests discuss and agree upon this arrangement in advance. By having a clear agreement in place, both guests can ensure that they are on the same page regarding potential cancellations and any financial implications that may arise from such situations. Open communication and mutual understanding between the sharing guests will help prevent any conflicts or confusion during the trip-planning process.

Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are purchased. Should you discover any discrepancies, notify our office immediately (within 12 hours outside of the US & 24 hours within the US) to avoid vendor penalties or fare increases after this timeframe. Airline schedules can change without advance notice. Airlines may attempt to contact you directly regarding last-minute schedule changes and cancellations, so please check your reservation via the airline website at least 72 hours before departure to ensure that your contact information is in your reservation. Some international flights require you to reconfirm return flights at least 72 hours before departure. Schedule changes may affect your remaining reservations and should be considered when choosing your flights. U.S. federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft, in your luggage, or on your person. • Luggage allowance per person on any transfer is one large suitcase and one carry-on.
Hotels or cruises may specify additional deposit requirements or cut-off dates and cancellation penalties for bookings. These will be advised at the time of booking confirmation.
PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION*:

The information following only applies to the itinerary booked with Goway Travel and does not cover any independently arranged destinations.
Visa requirements applicable to this quotation are as follows: At the time of this quotation, there is a visa requirement to Vietnam for American citizens.
All Vietnam visa applications MUST be completed online at https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/home Allow plenty of time.
Passport
All visitors to Thailand & Vietnam must hold a passport that is valid for six months from the date of entry.
Note: Passport and visa requirements are liable to change at short notice. Travelers are advised to check their entry requirements with their embassy or consulate.
I. COVID: Your travel arrangements could still be impacted by COVID-19. It is your responsibility to keep yourself and members of your traveling party (travel companions) informed of, and meet, all requirements about your trip and any COVID-based restrictions. We suggest these are constantly monitored before, and until your trip is complete, as they can change at any time, even while traveling overseas. The purchase of travel insurance with Covid coverage is highly recommended.
II. VACCINATIONS: Vaccinations may be required for this country. Consult your medical supplier.
III. Travelling with medicines: Some countries have restrictions on traveling with medicines (prescriptions and/or nonprescription). It is the traveler’s responsibility to check these requirements.
I. CURRENCY AND PRICING FLUCTUATIONS
This proposal is based on the current exchange rate(s). Should there be considerable currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to apply any necessary surcharges. In the event of any additional fuel surcharges by the Land Suppliers and/or airlines, we reserve the right to add these to the costs of the land package and/or airfare. Any applicable increases will be advised in writing before final payment. Prices are guaranteed once the final payment has been made.
